Orders are generally processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays may be processed on the next business day.

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times within Pakistan are generally:

Major cities: 2–5 business days
Other areas: 3–7 business days

These are estimated delivery times and are not guaranteed.

Delivery may take longer during public holidays, sales, adverse weather, courier delays, or other circumstances outside our control.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed during checkout before you complete your purchase.

From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions or other delivery offers.

Cash on Delivery

Cash on Delivery (COD) may be available for eligible locations.

If COD is available for your address, you will be able to select it during checkout.

Please provide an accurate phone number so the courier can contact you regarding your delivery.

Tracking

Where tracking is available, tracking information may be provided after your order has been dispatched.

Incorrect Address

Damaged Packages

If your package arrives visibly damaged, please take photographs or video of the package before opening it and contact us as soon as possible.
